ISMG is seeking Delegate Sales professionals to join our team based in Mumbia, India. These individuals will be responsible for recruiting attendees to ISMG Executive Roundtables, Summits, Conferences and Trainings.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- B2B telesales, contacting existing delegates and potential qualified prospects and effectively presenting the key features and benefits of our projects and securing their participation as delegates/invitees.
- Initiating and maintaining timely follow-ups with new clients.
- Developing prospective client contact database.
- Order follow up, inquiry handling, service support, cross-selling, invoicing, etc.
- Communicating and liaising with different teams on their events.
- Onsite event work including the time required for travel and preparation, as well as performance of pre and post event activities.
- 3 years of account management experience, preferably in Telecom / IT / ICT industry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong selling and presentation skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and result-oriented.
- Ability to display initiative and work with minimal supervision.
