ISMG is looking for a detail-oriented individual to fill a key role in the growing organizations digital campaigns and events management function in Asia. The candidate will be working side by side with account management/sales, business development/marketing and operations leadership and will also be interfacing with vendor advertising clients on a daily basis.
Roles and Responsibility
-Ensuring activation of the campaign in the portal based on client / sales manager approval
-Prepping, launching, and maintaining technical aspects of all campaigns
– Building email campaigns, database selection, and quality assurance of all outbound campaigns
– Maintaining appropriate and responsive working relationships with clients as well as agency contacts
– Monitoring campaign delivery and ensuring all campaigns deliver in full and are optimized to reach the clients objectives
– Monitoring and tracking campaign after launch to ensure accurate implementation
– Working with teams to resolve any campaign set up or tracking issues
– Monitoring late creative and undelivered campaigns and providing updates to Account Managers as needed
– Strategizing with other team members to help come up with ways to improve campaign performance
– Providing weekly/monthly delivery reports detailing campaign status.
– Experience in Marketo and similar marketing tools preferred.
